Work shower!

I absolutely love the people I work with! It's been so much fun the last year and a half and I'm really going to miss them! On Friday they threw a shower for Jeannette and I. (Jeannette is due 5 weeks after me.) Thanks Sharon for planning everything!

The diaper cake that my boss' creative wife made.

Thanks everyone! We love and appreciate you!

Little update

Jason and I both had wonderful birthdays! He spoiled me as usual. :) Unfortunately the only picture I got were of my beautiful roses. Thanks sweetheart!

I decided to make Jason a Barcelona soccer jersey cake this year. It turned out ok, but in my defense I was very limitted on decoration time...someone was getting anxious so I rushed the whole thing. I would have done it a bit different and better but oh well. Here's the almost masterpiece.

Last but not least, our sweet little girl is doing great! Now we're not only feeling and seeing her kick but we can watch my whole stomach move. So cool. :) Here I am at 27 weeks.

Our baby Girl!!!

We're so excited and can't wait for our little one to get here in May!

Here she is 13 weeks along!

19 weeks I can't believe how much she's grown!

I've grown too. :)

23 weeks The best part is being able to feel her move and kick now. She's a strong little one!

Temple Day!!!

What a beautiful day! Sunday after church we went over to the temple and took a ton of pictures! We also got to watch the new Joseph Smith movie from Lucy Smith's perspective and went back later in the week to do baptisms. What a great experience to share with the whole family! :)

Hawaiian Adventures

While in Hawaii we went on a Jungle Tour where we got to ride in these big jeeps that were actually used durring World War II. I can't believe they're still running! Our guide took us up into the mountains and told us about Hawaii's history, different plants on the island, and showed us where scenes from various movies were filmed.

Parasailing was awesome and it was such a beautiful day! Jason and Trev did their best to scare the crap out of me before we went by telling me about sharks and a parasailing accident that occured recently but once we were in the air it was nice and relaxing. Luckily we didn't see any sharks, but we did get to see quite a few dolphins. :)

Part of the ride included getting dunked in the ocean.

Turtle Bay Resort

We absolutely loved our trip to Hawaii! Thanks mom and dad for making it happen! Every day was full of something new and it was nice to be able to do so many things while we were there. A few days into the vacation Jason told me he decided he was going to stay for the entire summer and fly back when school started in the fall. Ha ha! That plan didn't go over very well with me since I had to get back to work...I wanted to stay too! The first few days we were there, we stayed at the Turle Bay Resort. It was beautiful!

This is the view from our hotel room window the night we arrived.

The breakfast buffet was delicious! Here are some of the things they had available including the yummy waffle Trev made for me. My favorite!

Parrots in the Loby.

This is where all the turtles hang out. They just sit there all day catching the waves. :)

If you look closely you can see a turtle in the wave.

The little dot out there is actually a turtle poking it's head out of the water.

One day while we were there we went on a Kayaking tour. These Kayaks are cool because they have a glass bottom so you can see what's under you as you go. Unfortunately we didn't see much maybe because the tide was too low, or because it was the off season, but it was fun going out there messing around anyway. We did see a turtle and it went right under Jason's Kayak. He said it was so big it took up the entire window as it swam under him.

They got us all standing up toward the end and surprisingly nobobdy fell in. :) Earlier on we had gone out into the waves a little bit (sitting down of course) and we all made it through that as well. :)

We saw a lot of turtles throughout our trip. It was awesome! I think this is just a random picture our guides sent us.

Afterward we went on a little walk and they taught us about the island, different plants, etc.

Trev had been talking about surfing long before we even got to Hawaii. The nice thing was they had surfing lessons right there at the resort and pretty good waves too. It was a lot of fun watching him and he did really well!

They also had a beautiful pool area. There were a couple different pools and hot tubs which made it nice and not too crowded.

It was sad to say goodbye to the resort but maybe we can go back sometime. :)
